Updating and submitting your timesheet using mobile

Learn how to track non-billable time entries in ServiceBox using the Timesheet feature.

Accessing Timesheets

Click the three lines in the upper left corner of the screen, then select Timesheets from the menu.

Note: Checking in and out on a work order will automatically populate your billable time into the timesheet.

Adding Non-Billable Time

If you need to log non-billable time (time not billed to a customer):

  1. Click the + button next to the date.

  2. In the window that appears, select the type of time and enter the duration.

  3. Click the green checkmark to save the entry.

 

Adding Notes to a Timesheet Entry

After saving, you can click the grey box with three dots next to the entry to add notes about what you did during that time period.

 

 

Best Practices

  • We recommend updating your timesheet daily to capture all non-billable time accurately.

  • On your last working day of the pay period, after entering your time, click the Submit button at the bottom to finalize your timesheet.
