Vendor Order-How can I define my own series of Vendor Order Numbers?

ServiceBox allows you to customize the numbering for your vendor orders. You can choose the starting number for the sequence, and each new vendor order will automatically increment from that point.

Steps to Set the Starting Number:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Tenant > Settings.

  2. Scroll down until you find the field labeled Next Purchase Order Number.

  3. Enter the number you’d like your next vendor order to begin with (e.g., entering 27 will start the sequence at 27).

  4. Click Save.

From that point forward, your vendor orders will follow the new sequence (e.g., 27, 28, 29...).
