When using ServiceBox on an iPhone, there are text fields within a work order, such as Unit Cost, that prompt you to enter a numerical value. However, some users trying to enter a decimal point here don't have the option appear for them on their keyboard; they can only enter numbers 0 - 9:
To fix this, you'll need to select the Reader View icon at the top of the page, to the left of the refresh icon.
Click on the ... icon and make sure 'Request Desktop Website' is turned off.
This will make the decimal point option appear on the keyboard, allowing you to enter decimal points as usual.
Note: Depending on the mobile browser you're using, the location/name of this setting may vary.
