Explanation
If an invoice is not downloading into your accounting system and you're not seeing any error messages or alerts, the most common cause is the "Invoices On or After" date setting.
Here’s how to check and resolve it:

Go to Settings in ServiceBox.

Look for the field labeled "Invoices On or After".

If the invoice date is before this configured date, the invoice will be ignored during sync.
Solution
You have two options to fix this:

Update the Invoice Date: Change the invoice date so it’s on or after the configured setting.

Update the Setting: Change the "Invoices On or After" date in the settings to a date before your invoice.
