Work order not opening/can't see anymore.
If a user sees an error message when trying to locate a Work Order in their ServiceBox system, it may be caused by one of the following reasons:
If user see this error message on their screen when trying to find a work order in their system.
This could be due to following reasons:
1. Related Customer or Job Site Has Been Deleted
If the customer or job site linked to the Work Order has been deleted, the Work Order may no longer be accessible.
Action: Agents should log in to the secure site and verify whether any related customer or job site records have been deleted.
2. Work Order Was Deleted
Work Orders can be deleted using the Delete button. This feature is configurable, meaning only users with appropriate permissions can view deleted Work Orders.
How to Recover:
If a Work Order has been deleted and needs to be recovered:

Important: Work Orders can only be recovered within 48 hours of deletion. Contact support as soon as possible.
3. User Access Role Restriction
The user may not have the appropriate access level to view Work Orders with certain statuses.
Action: Verify user role permissions and adjust access levels as needed in the settings.
