Summary
This document will help you access your ServiceBox settings screen and provide a general summary of each of the configurable features within your settings. Links will also be provided, directing you to more in-depth summaries for each individual tab within the settings screen.
Accessing The Settings Screen
You can access your ServiceBox settings by clicking on the arrow beside your username and selecting "Settings" from the drop-down menu, bringing you to the following screen:
The settings screen contains 14 different tabs. Each tab relates to a specific part of the ServiceBox software. Each tab is listed below, along with a link to a in-depth summary of each tab's features:
